ENTERTAINMENT/SPECIAL EVENTS SHIRLEY LYON
I will be filling in as the Entertainment/Special Events Chair until elections in January. Thank you Susie for your years of service and dedication.

Two upcoming events

I would like to highlight will be the Halloween Dance on Friday October 28th and Halo Jump (formerly Whiskey Bent) will be the band.
There will be prizes for best Male, Female and best Couple Costumes. So come out and enjoy a fun evening.

Our Children's Christmas Party will be Sunday December 4th, from 1:30-3:30 in the Stillwell Hall. Come out and enjoy a hotdog, juice, crafts, games, entertainment and of course a visit with Santa.

And if you are thinking about your New Years Eve plans we will be having a dinner/dance and tickets will be $45.00 with music provided by Ricki Redbone.

We are considering having a Grey Cup Party at Unit 283 so watch for the sign up sheets.

ENTERTAINMENT SUSAN PAGGETT

I am very sorry to say this will be my last report, as I have been having health issues and my work schedule keeps changing so I feel I can’t be dedicated enough to hold a chair on the Executive. I really have enjoyed this chair, working with the members and the rest of the Executive, however as we know all good things must come to an end. I hope you will all understand. I would like to say a big thank you to First Vice, Gord Kent, Elly and my sister in crime Sylvia, Your help was appreciated.
